FAQ

Have Any Questions?

Will I have pain during or after the implant?

Most cases are easier than a tooth extraction. Taking a pain killer on the same day is sufficient.

What does the longevity of my implant depend on?

First of all, it is very important that there is sufficient bone in the area where the implant will be made. If there is insufficient bone, we apply bone enrichment with appropriate techniques.

The patient's systemic diseases such as diabetes reduce the life of the implant to some degree. Diabetes is wanted to be under control.

Smoking is one of the risk factors. It is desirable to minimize smoking, especially in the days following the surgery.

The operation to be performed by skilled hands with a correct planning, good care of the patients after the application and an implant brand with well-known technical details are other factors that affect the life of the implant.

Fixed bridges can be made with 10 -14 ceramic crowns on 4 implants in a single chin called "all on four" or 6 implants in a single chin called "all on six".

Whatever we eat with our natural teeth, we can eat with our implants without hesitation.

I have osteoporosis in my teeth, can it be implanted?

Bone resorption does not prevent implant construction. Bone resorption can be genetic as well as inflamed teeth in the mouth or due to poorly performed applications. Appropriate implants to be made by eliminating these reasons will contribute to the stopping or slowing of bone resorption.

I have one missing tooth, should I have a bridge or an implant?

If the teeth adjacent to the missing tooth are healthy and is aesthetically in right shape, implanting is better than cutting these teeth and making a bridge.
